It's so much scarier to be earnest and enthusiastic, I think, than to not tell someone the impact they had or celebrate their kindness. What a wonderful opportunity, to do it on that panel so many years later.

Also...this prompt is insane - so many ripe directions it can take! The idea of a generation gap immediately got my brain a'rollin...

Oh, Mickey. You are a gem. Grateful our paths are crossing. And what a great prompt! Got an idea for something else, something I’m working on. Thanks! ❤️

I remember seeing Titanic on Broadway, where the whole stage tilted to simulate the boat sinking. That worked but there was a tiny issue earlier where they flashed the wrong date on this LED readout they were using to mark the time and day. Not a huge deal but I always wondered if they ever caught that mistake or did they go 100 shows with it?

I also got the chance to see tapings of Letterman and Conan a few times over the years, and one show I attended featured Pete Townshend doing an acoustic version of Pinball Wizard. That was really cool to see. I mention it because he was promoting the revival of Tommy on Broadway, which had just come out. 🔥

Mickey, we must have crossed paths at some point in NYC! Maybe we bumped into each other on a sidewalk like Stallone and Travolta in the sequel to Saturday Night Fever. 😅
